In these extraordinary times, habits, work programmes, cultural events, public spending, education and many other aspects of life have changed temporarily and in some cases perhaps permanently. Many countries have imposed travel restrictions or put in place procedures upon arrival in order to limit the spread of COVID-19. Due to these measures, travelling has become less predictable. Those who wish to travel in the near future are invited to follow the situation in the countries of departure, transit and destination very closely in order to avoid last-minute surprises or other inconveniences.
The Embassy in Islamabad has adapted to the new context, which inevitably resulted in less physical and more online contacts and events.
With this newsletter, we wish to inform you about some of our activities during the past months, as well as invite you to participate in the Belgian National Day celebration 21 July.
We hope you will enjoying reading, and should have any questions or comments, feel free to reach out.
